Why Should I Use a Red Night Light Pack: 

Exposure to too much light in the blue light spectrum before bed can affect our body's ability to produce the hormone melatonin which we need to help us sleep. Eliminating blue light as much as possible in the evening and just prior to bedtime protects our sleep.  Perfect for situations when you only need a little bit of light.  

How Does the Red Night Light Pack Work:

The Red Night Light Pack from BlockBlueLight uses one red LED light bulb from the red light spectrum and is 100% blue and green light free, helping to promote melatonin production for a restful night's sleep.  

The Red Night Light Pack is low EMF and has an on/off switch so can remain plugged in the wall socket.

We accept Change of Mind Returns within 30 days of purchase on the Red Night Light Pack.   All returns must be made at the customer’s shipping expense and the item must be returned to us unused and in as-new condition with all of its original packaging.  Please email us at admin@earthingoz.com.au to arrange a return.
