What are Airtube Anti Radiation Headsets?

AirTube headsets help to significantly reduce exposure to electromagnetic radiation from phones, laptops, PCs and all smart devices. A safer alternative to a standard wired headset, AirTube headsets are constructed using two sections. The first section, leading from the phone to the speaker, is wired. The second section, leading from the speaker to the ear, is a hollow tube of air. This gives the required distance between the source of EMR and the head to dramatically reduce exposure to EMR. Sound is delivered to your ear with almost zero EMR.

Why These Airtube Anti Radiation Headsets?

We tested over 20 different types of radiation reducing Air Tube headphones. While all of them will reduce radiation exposure, we discovered that many had very poor (muffled) sound quality and/or poor construction, or do not fit in ears comfortably.

The Airtube Anti Radiation Headphones we offer at Earthing Oz were clearly the best value for money in this category. The sound is clear and they also have a good strong bass when listening to music.

Compatibility

The SafeSleeve AirTube headsets are fitted with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack and are compatible with all devices with a 3.5mm headphone port. They can be used with all makes and models of phones but will require an adaptor (purchased separately) to be used with newer iPhone and Samsung phones.

The headphone ports on newer iPhone and Samsung phones have been changed from the traditional 3.5mm port. iPhones now have a lightning port for all accessories and Samsung phones have a USB port. Please check your model phone to discover which adaptor you will need.

We strongly advise buying a branded version of the adaptor as imitation adaptors are not guaranteed to establish a successful connection between the device and the AirTube headset. 

Earthing Oz does not sell adaptors. Adaptors can be purchased separately from all major electrical retailers. 

Caring for your SafeSleeve AirTube headsets

AirTube headsets are a fantastic way to help you to significantly reduce exposure to electromagnetic radiation (EMR). However, in order to be able to do this they have to, by design, be constructed differently to a standard wired headset. Rather than one continuous, unbroken, cable, AirTube headsets are constructed in two sections. As a result, AirTube headsets are inherently more fragile than wired headsets and should be treated with extra care when handling. 

Please ensure that when extracting from bags, drawers, pockets etc, you don't pull too hard at the headset as this will cause it to break and come apart. The SafeSleeve AirTube headset is supplied with a protective case and it is strongly advised that the headset is kept inside the case when not in use. Ensure that your AirTube headset remains free from tangles and always handle with extra care to extend the life of the headset and to not void your warranty.

SafeSleeve Airtube Headsets come with a 90 day manufactures warranty.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we do not accept Change of Mind Returns on AirTube headsets or returns resulting from the ear buds not fitting the individual. The AirTube headsets are supplied with three different sizes of ear bud to fit most sized ears.
