The Grounding Rod is beneficial for use in regions around the world without an updated grounding (Earthed) system and when it is not practical to use the Australian Adaptor Plug in older homes (generally those built before 1960).
The Grounding Rod is placed directly in the earth and the extension cord connects to your Earthing product via acoil cord or straight cord. You can run the cord through a window or under a door and into the ground outside. Ground rods can be used with all Earthing products and as an alternative to connecting through your power outlets.
Travelling overseas you may not have access to an appropriate adaptor plug. The country may not have an Earth in their power outlets.
Living in a home that isn't correctly Earthed (generally built before 1960)
No access to a power outlet
Great for sleeping outdoors when caravaning or camping.
You may need also want to use a Splitter Plug as this allows you to connect two products to the Ground Rod, or use the Product Tester with the Rod.
Your purchase helps us to give seeds to nourish a child in Malawi, provide a family with drinking water in Cambodia and to buy bricks for building a classroom in Nepal. 100% of the money we donate goes directly to the causes we support.
The Grounding Rod is 12" (300mm) and the extension cord is 12 metres long.
How To Set Up Your Grounding Rod & Lead
1. First Push the Ground Rod directly into the earth (8" to 10").

3. Make sure to cover the cord to prevent tripping.
