We pride ourselves on selling long lasting, quality products which have the following warranties:

• Groundology
  With the growing popularity of Earthing, we’ve noticed imitations and counterfeits appearing on the market. At Earthing Oz, everything we sell is a genuine Groundology™ product.
  
  Please be aware that authorised distributors are not permitted to sell on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay - so if you see products there, they are unlikely to be genuine. Remember, if something looks the same but comes at an unusually low price, it probably isn’t the real thing.
  
  Choosing authentic products matters - not only for your safety, but to ensure you receive the true wellness benefits of Earthing. That’s why we proudly offer a 1-year repair or replace warranty on all genuine Earthing products. This covers manufacturing defects, though it excludes misuse, improper care, or physical damage. Cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing are also not covered, but they will never affect the Earthing effectiveness of your product.
  
  For best results, Earthing products must always be used and cared for according to the care instructions provided with every order. You can also find these instructions anytime on our website
• Earth Runners
  All Earth Runners sandals come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations. Straps, soles, and footbeds will naturally show signs of use over time, which is not considered a defect.
  
• Harmony 783
  Harmony 783 footwear comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or changes in appearance that occur with regular use. As with all shoes, the lifespan of your Harmony 783s will depend on how often they’re worn and the conditions they’re exposed to.
  
• Blushield
  Blushield products carry a warranty period of 1 year. This covers factory defects or faults. This does not cover misuse, modification, neglect (dropping) or water damage. If a claim is to be made all postage costs are to be covered by the customer Blushield will decide whether to repair or replace product depending upon the fault.
• SafeSleeve
  All SafeSleeve products come with a 60-day warranty, which covers any manufacturing faults but excludes normal wear and tear and mistreatment.
• Defendershield
  Defendershield comes with a 1 year warranty which covers any manufacturing faults but excludes normal wear and tear and mistreatment.
• Earthing & EMF Test Meters
  These products come with a 1 year warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects or faults but excludes batteries, normal wear and tear and mistreatment.
• Baxter Blue
  Baxter Blue glasses come with a 1 year warranty, which covers any manufacturing faults but excludes normal wear and tear and mistreatment.
• BlockBlueLight
  Red light products are covered by a 1 to 5 year warranty (depending on product) against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, improper installation, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

How to Claim Your Warranty

All returns must be authorised in advance. We ask that you cover the initial return freight; if the product is found to be faulty, we’ll reimburse your cost and cover shipping back to you.
