Hi, I’m Heidi, the owner of Earthing Oz.

At my core, I’ve always been a doer - curious, committed, and often taking on more than I should. For over 20 years, I poured that energy into the corporate world. It was rewarding in many ways, but somewhere along the way I realised: achievement alone wasn’t enough. There had to be a better way to live - one that supported my health, my energy, and my deeper sense of balance.

That search led me back to nature. Simple practices like grounding, protecting myself from EMFs, and creating healthier daily rhythms helped me feel restored in ways nothing else had. My sleep improved, my energy returned, and I felt more connected to myself than I had in years.

For me, Earthing Oz is about sharing that possibility with others. It’s not about doing more - it’s about choosing differently.
