Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Earthing Oz. If you need to return an item, please see below for the type of return that applies.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully check all products before they leave us. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with images as soon as possible to hello@earthingoz.com.au.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

Warranty Claims

Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty, which varies depending on the product and supplier.

To make a warranty claim, the product must have been used and cared for according to the manufacturer's instructions. Incorrect use or care may void the warranty.

Please check the product warranties information for your specific product before submitting a claim.

Incorrect Items

If we accidentally send you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll arrange to correct the mistake at no extra cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided:

  • The product is completely unused and shows no signs of use.

  • The product is not damaged, scratched or marked.

  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and instructions and tags attached.

  • The item is suitable for return under our policy.

A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Postage costs are not refundable on change-of-mind returns.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on EMF Meters.

Product Guarantees

We offer generous guarantees on selected Earthing and Blushield products, giving you time to try the product and decide whether it's right for you.

Shoe Returns & Exchanges

If your shoes aren't the right size, we're happy to arrange an exchange.

  • Shoes must be in as-new condition with no visible wear.

  • Return the shoes in their original box, placed inside an outer carton or satchel.

  • Please don't attach postage labels directly to the shoe box.

  • Contact us to arrange the exchange and return the shoes within 7 days of receiving them.

  • You cover the cost of returning the shoes.

  • Your first exchange will be shipped back to you free of charge.

  • Additional exchanges incur a standard $12 shipping fee.
