How to Return a Product
If, as you approach the end of your guarantee period, you decide the product isn’t right for you, please follow these steps:
1. Get in Touch
- Email hello@earthingoz.com.au or call 1300 832 326.
- Provide your Earthing Oz invoice number and details of your experience.
- We will issue you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA.
2. Prepare Your Return
- Products must have been used and cared for in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. Please include all original accessories (cords, plugs, packaging, inserts, etc.).
- You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage, and we ask that you package your item securely for safe transit. For Blushield products, the original packaging must also be returned undamaged - if it arrives damaged, a 25% fee will apply.

3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds are based on the amount you paid (sale price or discount included).
- Original postage costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct up to $20 to cover our postage costs.
- A $30 restocking/admin fee will also be deducted.
- Once your product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued via your original payment method (PayPal, AfterPay, ZipPay, etc.). If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange for another model or product, or issue your refund as Earthing Oz store credit.
