Here's how to get grounded with your Earthing Yoga Mat, whether you're inside or out:

For Indoor Use:

1. Check Your Outlet: First, an Outlet Checker to make sure your wall outlet is grounded. If none are grounded, you'll need to get a Ground Rod to use your mat.
2. Connect the Cord: Connect the included Magnetic Cord.
3. Get Grounded! Now, just touch the Earthing Yoga Mat, and you're connected to the Earth's energy!

For Outdoor Use:

1. Place Your Mat: Lay your Earthing Yoga Mat on any grounded surface outdoors.
2. Get Grounded! Touch the Earthing Yoga Mat, and you're instantly grounded!

A Power Outlet Tester should be used to verify that your electrical outlet is wired properly for grounding. Simply plug it into an outlet, turn on the power and 3 amber lights will read that your outlet is grounded and ready for use with an Earthing Product.

Care Instructions

To clean the mat, simply wipe down the mat using a non corrosive cleaner. Do not use chlorine bleach or liquid fabric softener, or any detergent containing bleach or fabric softener, chemicals that can ruin the conductivity of the mat. Do not apply lotions, creams, or oils to the skin just before contact with the Earthing mat. Such substances oxidize and can damage conductivity. Air dry the mat only.

In case of lightning

 Although it is highly unlikely that you will be hit by lightning, it is recommended to follow standard lightning safety guidelines as directed by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology and disconnect your Earthing devices (along with electrical devices) during lightning and thunderstorms.

Please be aware that official distributors are not permitted to sell on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and so products sold there are not likely to be genuine.

We offer a 2 year repair or replace warranty on our genuine earthing products, which covers any defects that may inhibit your products from earthing effectively. This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing, that DON'T affect the product’s earthing effectiveness. The products must be used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions we include with all earthing products.
