Damaged Goods Returns

All items will leave Earthing Oz in brand new, mint condition (unless otherwise advised prior to sale e.g.: ex-demo stock).

We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery and if any goods received are deemed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, you may be entitled to apply for a Damaged Goods Return by following the steps below:

  • Contact us by email at admin@earthingoz.com.au or by phone on 1300 832 326 to let us know the issue within seven days of receiving your goods. Please provide your Earthing Oz invoice number and a photo of the faulty item if possible
  • We will issue you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number
  • Return the item to us for inspection. We ask that you pay the postage to return the item to us
  • Once inspected, if the item is deemed by Earthing Oz to be faulty, we will organise a speedy replacement or refund. We will also reimburse your postage costs for returning the item to us
