There are also many information pages and blog pieces about earthing, EMF, blue light and red light to help answer your questions. Placing an order

Track the delivery of your order
Please visit the Australia Post online tracking service. Simply enter the consignment tracking number we sent you by email upon dispatch of your order to view the progress of your delivery. Hint: if you can't find the email from us, please check your junk/spam folder. You can also log into your Earthing Oz account to view the progress of your order and your consignment tracking number.

To speak to one of our team, please call us on 1300 832 326. International customers can reach us on +612 8313 0438. Our phone line can be very busy. If we are on a call with another customer, please leave us a voicemail message with your name, contact number, order number (if applicable) and a brief description of your enquiry and we will call you back as soon as possible.
The Earthing Oz office is open 9.30 - 4.00 (AEST Sydney time) Monday to Friday, excluding all NSW public holidays. We close for an extended break over the Christmas and New Year period. We are an online business only and do not have a physical store to visit.
