We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to join our small, busy and friendly team as a Part-Time Administration Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding and interest in what we do, have meticulous attention to detail, be confident on the phone to customers and be willing to provide general administrative support, as well as crucial fulfilment support (i.e.: sending out customer orders).
The core responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing the company email inbox
- Fulfilling all customer orders
- Organisation of stock deliveries and storage of stock
- Managing after-sales enquiries and returns
- Updating stock levels on website
- Providing administration support as necessary to other members of the Earthing Oz team
15 hours per week spread over 4 -5 days (minimum 4 days). Flexible working hours can be arranged with consultation.
