Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 

In addition, Earthing Oz, acting as the reseller of our suppliers' products in Australia, provides warranties against manufacturing defects for some products on our website. These warranties are dictated by the supplier, not by Earthing Oz. You can see the different warranty periods, plus warranty conditions, for each product in the table below. 

To make a warranty claim, please email us at admin@earthingoz.com.au with the following information: 

• a copy of your proof of purchase from Earthing Oz. If you no longer have this, please provide your full name and address as reference
• the reason for your warranty claim and any information you deem relevant for us to assess the validity of your claim
