Wow! What a year it has been for us all ... again! We hope you are hanging on in there and looking forward to a break over Christmas. 

Another prolonged lockdown for NSW meant that we were again thrown into the juggle of running a growing business while helping our young children navigate their way through a second stint of learning from home. This was at the same time that we were launching our UK sister company, Grounded Wellness, and dealing with the inevitable teething problems of a new business.

We know that, at times throughout it all, you had to wait a little longer for us to return voicemails and emails. As ever, you were patient, understanding and supportive of our business and our team, for which we are so grateful. We wouldn't be here without you and we have so enjoyed our interactions, discussions, giggles and story-sharing with you, whether by email, phone or in person. Thank you so much for your ongoing support, your feedback and for your help in growing our little business into something really special. We can't wait to share more exciting new products and initiatives with you in 2022. 

Like everyone else, the small team behind Earthing Oz has been through a lot and worked really hard this year and, like everyone else, we are looking forward to an extended break over the Christmas and New Year holidays to spend time with our young families and, for some of us, to be reunited with parents and family from overseas after more than two years of separation. 

We are encouraging our team to step away from screens and the non-stop demands and notifications of daily life and spend time in nature; at the beach, on a bush walk, sitting peacefully in the garden with a good book, enjoying nourishing food and good company, to recharge and recover after a busy year and to re-energise and replenish for the year ahead. We hope you understand the importance of this and we wish the same for you over this holiday period. 

As such, our usual operations will look a little different over the holiday period. Please read below for details. 

Earthing Oz Holiday Office Hours

The Earthing Oz offices will be closed from Wednesday December 22 through to Tuesday January 11.

During this time we will be monitoring our email inbox, so the best way to contact us please is by sending us an email to admin@earthingoz.com.au. We again ask for your patience as it may take 24 - 48 hours for one of us to respond, but please be assured that we will! 

Many frequently asked questions can be answered quickly by consulting our website, so we encourage you to take a look there before emailing us for a speedier resolution to your enquiry. Some frequently asked questions are below.

Frequently Asked Questions 

How Can I Return a Product? 

All details about our return policy can be found here. Please read this before requesting to return your product. You will need authorisation and an RMA number to be issued before returning a product to us. We will provide this to you via email and will respond to your return enquiry as soon as we can. 

How Can I Find Out When My Parcel Will Arrive? 

You will receive a dispatch notification email as soon as the parcel is dispatched from us and handed over to Australia Post. Please make sure you check your junk/spam folders for this notification, as some email providers mark such automated emails as spam. 

The dispatch notification email will include a tracking number. All our deliveries are sent via Australia Post. To track your delivery, simply enter your tracking number into the Australia Post Online Tracking Service here for the latest update on your delivery. 

If you are unable to find your dispatch notification email, you can also log into our website using the email address with which you placed your order. Details of the status of your order and the tracking number, if the parcel has already been dispatched, will be available in your account under the 'Orders' section. If this is your first time logging into our website you will need to set a password. If you need to reset a password, please check your junk/spam folder for the reset password email confirmation. 

Can I Still Place An Order Over the Christmas/New Period? 

Our website is never on holiday so you can continue to place orders online throughout our office closure period. We are however operating a limited dispatch service over the holiday closure so your parcel may take longer than normal to be dispatched and to reach you. Please note the below dispatch dates before placing your order. 

Will You Still Be Posting Out Orders Over the Christmas/New Year Period? 

Yes, but as a limited service. We will not be sending out daily parcels during this time. Our last dispatch date before Christmas is Wednesday December 22. We will then have one more dispatch date on Friday December 31 and all other orders will be dispatched when the office re-opens on Tuesday January 11. 

Please note: our cut-off date for Christmas orders was Wednesday December 15.

Sorry, but we will be suspending our Customer Pick Up option over this time. Local customers are welcome to pick up any orders placed during our holiday closure period from Wednesday January 12 to give us time to pack up your order upon our return to the office.

We try to ensure that our website includes as much information as possible about each of the products we sell. Please consult the specific product page on the website to learn more about what the product is, how it works, care instructions, warranty information, specifications, FAQs, reviews etc. Please note that. in addition to the main description of the product, there are additional tabs with extra information answering all of these questions. If, after reading all of the information, you still have a question about a product, then please feel free to email us and we will respond as soon as we are able.
