What You Will Receive:

1 x pair of black heel sleeves.  One size only. Pliers not included. 

How to Fit the Earth Runners Heel Sleeves:

1. Unlace the sandal until you get to the buckle and pull the lace out from the inner slot.
2. Place the interior side of the lace down (the side with the stainless steel stitching on) and the interior side of the heel sleeve down (soft brown side) and place them end to end. 
3. Insert a pair of needle-nose pliers through the first heel sleeve: poke the plier through the slot closer to the middle so it pokes out the slot at the end of the sleeve towards the lace tip.
4. With the pliers, grab onto the lace tip and pull until the lace makes its way through the first slot.
5. Grab the tip of the lace and pull it through this first slot until it sticks out about 2-4”.
6. Now, do the same for the second slot: Insert pliers through the last slot through to the middle. Grab the lace tip and pull the lace through.
7. Slide the heel sleeve down the lace until it is about 1" from the buckle.
8. Reassemble the sandals.  Repeat for second heel sleeve. 
9. Final adjustments: Center the heel sleeve to your heel position.
