The Earthing Travel Pack Includes:

A Half Sheet to sleep grounded at night. The sheet is a natural colour 100% cotton sheet with soft, yet durable conductive silver fibres woven throughout the material. It measures 305cm x 90cm and can be placed at the foot or center of the bed, over your bottom fitted sheet and tucked under and around the mattress on a Double, Queen and King size beds. This comes with your choice of Adapter Plug (choose from Australian, UK, European, Danish, Isreal  or Italian).

An Auto Seat Mat with Lead which can be used in a variety of ways when you travel (measures 25cm x 25cm):

• To sit on whilst travelling in an airplane or car. Scientific evidence now confirms static electricity builds up on the body in moving vehicles, and our bodies can build up a large positive charge from the electronic instruments on dash boards, as well as the engine. These actions can cause muscle tension, fatigue and exacerbate jet-lag. The Earthing Auto Seat Mat neutralizes micro-electrical charges on the body by discharging the static electricity and lower frequency EMFs out of your body into the larger metal body of the plane or car. It can also help prevent car/motion sickness. Connect the alligator clip end to a metal part of the seat frame, either underneath the seat or on the seat in front of you. You can then put your feet on the mat or sit on the mat. You do not need bare skin contact with the mat, as the sweat from your body creates a channel of moisture and conductivity through the layers of clothes (pants, dress, shorts, etc) to the mat connected to the metal chassis.
• To use at a desk whilst working - you can connect the straight cord to Auto Seat Mat and plug it into a grounded wall outlet. By working grounded you will greatly reduce the electrical voltage you are being exposed to, keeping the body balanced, and greatly reducing or eliminating electrical stress on the body.

Care instructions

To clean the Auto Seat Mat simply wipe down the mat using a non corrosive cleaner. Do not use chlorine bleach or liquid fabric softener, or any detergent containing bleach or fabric softener, chemicals that can ruin the conductivity of the mat. Do not apply lotions, creams, or oils to the skin before bedtime on parts of your body that will be in contact with the Earthing mat. Such substances oxidize and can damage conductivity. Air dry the mat only.

It is good to wash your Earthing Half Sheet. It will not be harmed by washing, in fact it is beneficial. Washing strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.
DOs

• Wash every week or two
• Wash in a washing machine with warm water (40°C / 105°F)
• Use a safe liquid laundry detergent
• Line dry or dry in a dryer on low (up to 65°C / 150°F)
• Can be ironed on a low heat if desired

DON'Ts

• Don't wash with bleach
• Don't wash with fabric softeners
• Don't use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil
• Don't use dryer sheet fabric softeners
• Don't dry clean

Bleach, lotions and oils can tarnish the silver rendering it non conductive. Fabric softener builds up on the silver and also ruins its conductive properties. It is advised to wait at least one hour to use the product after applying lotion to the skin.

Recommended

A Power Outlet Tester should be used to verify that your electrical outlet is wired properly for grounding. Simply plug it into an outlet, turn on the power and 3 amber lights will read that your outlet is grounded and ready for use with an Earthing Product. 

Due to the growing popularity of these products, there are now imitations and counterfeits appearing on the market. Everything we sell is a genuine Earthing™ or Groundology™ product. Please be aware that official distributors are not permitted to sell on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and so products sold there are not likely to be genuine.

We offer a 2 year repair or replace warranty on our genuine Earthing products, which covers any defects that may inhibit your products from Earthing effectively. This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing, that DON'T affect the product’s Earthing effectiveness. Earthing products must be used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions we include with all Earthing.
