The SoftSilver™ Pillow Case is made from the same special fabric as the SoftSilver™ Sheets, woven entirely from ultra-fine silver thread. It feels silky soft to touch and is highly conductive, so it provides an excellent grounding connection even with a cotton pillow case over the top.

While grounding the body in any way greatly reduces the effects of low frequency EMFs (such as from mains electricity and domestic appliances, the continuous silver of the SoftSilver™ products means that they also block high frequency EMFs (such as WiFi and 5G).

The natural moisture on our skin supports the conductive effect through other materials so the electrons will still very effectively pass through from your SoftSilver™ pillow case. You can see this works by doing a multimeter test - compare your body voltage with skin contact to the SoftSilver™ pillow case and then lying on it with another cotton pillow case over it. You will find a minimal difference in your readings.

It measures 50cm by 75cm and is conductive on both sides. Pillow Covers should only be used with the Coil Cord.

Care Instructions

Please note: Due to the nature of silver, the SoftSilver™ products may show some discolouration after use and washing. This does not affect the functionality of the product. We cannot accept returns because of discolouration of the silver as this is simply the nature of the material. It is good to wash your grounding product. It will not be harmed by washing, in fact it is beneficial. Washing strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.

DOs

Wash every week or two
Wash in a washing machine with warm water (40°C / 105°F)
Use a liquid laundry detergent
Line dry or dry in a dryer on low (up to 65°C / 150°F)
Can be ironed on a low heat if desired

DON'Ts

Don't wash with bleach
Don't wash with fabric softeners
Don't use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents
Don't use detergents with strong fragrances (either chemical or essential oil based)
Don't use dryer sheet fabric softeners
Don't dry clean Bleach, lotions and oils can tarnish the silver rendering it non-conductive. Fabric softener builds up on the silver and will eventually ruin its conductive properties. Please also check/clean the detergent drawer of your washing machine for residues of other detergents, since many detergents (particularly powders) contain whitening agents which will harm the silver, even in small quantities.

It is advised to place in a wash bag with the zip closed if washing with other items. Please wait one hour to use the product after applying oils or lotions to the skin.

A Power Outlet Tester should be used to verify that your electrical outlet is wired properly for grounding. Simply plug it into an outlet, turn on the power and 3 amber lights will read that your outlet is grounded and ready for use with an Earthing Product.If your Outlet Ground Checker does not display 3 amber lights, then do not use the product before consulting an electrician. For your safety, locate any connecting cord in such a way that it doesn’t cause a tripping hazard.

Due to the growing popularity of these products, there are now imitations and counterfeits appearing on the market. Everything we sell is a genuine Groundology™ product. Please be aware that official distributors are not permitted to sell on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and so products sold there are not likely to be genuine.

We offer a 2 year repair or replace warranty on our genuine earthing products, which covers any defects that may inhibit your products from earthing effectively. This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing, that DON'T affect the product’s earthing effectiveness. The products must be used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions we include with all earthing products.
